Key Responsibilities:



- Assist in property management full cycle accounting - Collaborate for accurate operational reporting - Manage investor packages and distributions - Complete mortgage and property tax reporting - Support year-end working paper preparations
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of accounting experience - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office - Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Solid written and oral communication skills - Experience within property management is advantageous
