This role sits close to the business and requires deep understanding of investing concepts, trading, and product recommendation engines, with exposure to emerging AI‑enabled initiatives. This is a highly visible role supporting initiatives that integrate wealth, retail, and digital channels, ensuring seamless client and advisor experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis for wealth management front‑office initiatives including integrating the experience on onboarding and account portfolio or AI‑driven recommendation engines Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories,



and process flows Collaborate closely with technology, product, and architecture teams to ensure alignment Support delivery in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment Participate in sprint ceremonies, UAT planning, and stakeholder walkthroughs Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management or Capital Markets, ideally in Front-Office environments Solid understanding of: Investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, managed products, etc.) Trading concepts and portfolio evaluation Front‑office wealth platforms Experience supporting digital onboarding and account portfolio platforms or AI driven solutions Proven ability to work across business and technology teams Experience working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
