Key Responsibilities:



- Set strategic direction and achieve growth in geotechnical practice - Build and mentor a high-performance team across various regions - Identify and foster client relationships and project opportunities - Ensure effective project delivery with a focus on performance - Lead the adoption of current technologies and methodologies in geotechnics
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering discipline - Ontario Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) certification - At least 15 years of progressive geotechnical experience - Expertise in managing complex project portfolios - Insight into Ontario's regulatory and commercial settings
