Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and engage with youth in playful ways
Address crisis situations with empathetic intervention




Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities
Collaborate with supervisors on individualized care plans
Organize and lead recreational activities

Requirements:
Deep passion for youth support with complex needs
Experience in relevant care fields beneficial
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Current First Aid certification required
