Minimum of 10+ years of experience in change management within financial institutionsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent proactive communication and collaboration skillsCertified Change Management skilled (e.G., Prosci or equivalent)Experience working with business leads and assessing impact of changeNice to Have
