As a Host at Fit4Less, you will be responsible for both cleanliness and customer interaction. You’ll contribute to a friendly environment by assisting members and guests while ensuring club standards are met. The role requires promoting memberships and amenities, playing a vital part in helping customers navigate their gym experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to cleaning and tidying standards
• Welcome all members and guests cheerfully
• Guide customers through membership options
• Highlight benefits of black card amenities
• Report any cleanliness issues to management
Requirements:
• High School diploma or working towards completion
• 1 year of experience in teamwork or volunteering
• WHMIS Certification is essential
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification is a must
• Strong skills in verbal and written communication
