Midland Transport is seeking a dedicated Driver Trainer to enhance the skills of current drivers entering our diverse operations. You will play a critical role in road evaluations, coordinating drug testing, and conducting onboarding programs to ensure driver excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct road tests for Class 1, 3, and 5 driver candidates
Evaluate competency in safety compliance and vehicle handling
Coordinate pre-employment drug and alcohol testing




Lead new driver orientation and onboarding sessions
Provide coaching for improved performance and safety

Requirements:
5+ years as a qualified driver, Class 1 preferred
Proven secure driving record with strong regulations knowledge
Experience in driver training or mentoring strongly preferred
