Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after work activities.
Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety standards are met.
Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.




Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Skills
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance tools is preferred but not required.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Positive communication skills to interact with supervisors and fellow workers.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
