Key Responsibilities:
Mentor recruitment consultants and field leaders




Develop coaching guides and training resources
Provide strategic support for high-priority recruitment
Identify and address capability gaps in recruitment
Analyze recruitment trends and propose solutions

Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in financial services
Proven record as a recruiter or sales leader
Robust understanding of sales pipeline management
Exceptional mentoring and consulting skills
LLQP license is an asset
