UltraCare Compounding Pharmacyhas a full-time opportunity for a Pharmacist (PharmD, BSC) with deep knowledgein pharmaceutics and pharmacy calculations. This fixed-term contract starts October 1, 2026, for 3 years.

Our pharmacy is located in the Nepean Merivale Road business area. We offer best possible care for our patients including regular dispensing services, compression stocking and compounding services.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Direct and control daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests,



complaints and supply shortages
- Co-ordinate projects

Qualifications

- Pharmacy (PharmD, BS, BSc, BPharm)
- Business administration and management, general
- Area of experience:
- Pharmaceuticals, compounding medicines
- Marketing
- 2 years to less than 3 years in compounding and marketing

- Area of specialization:

- Project management
