Join as a Superintendent for SAGD site construction across Alberta. Direct field activities, manage crews, and ensure safety compliance on various construction scopes.

In this full time role, you will lead the execution of pipeline and processing facility constructions while ensuring all operations adhere to budget and project schedules. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and other leaders to navigate field challenges and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute detailed work plans for project areas
• Lead crew mobilization and safety initiatives
• Supervise field operations across piping and civil scopes
• Coordinate daily activities and generate area reports




• Identify metrics for productivity and assist in project scheduling

Requirements:
• Journeyperson trade or construction management degree
• 5-10 years in superintendent or general foreman roles
• Direct experience in SAGD and heavy industrial site constructions
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in remote and challenging conditions
