Key Responsibilities:
Perform legal surveys for subdivisions and real estate
Layout construction sites and building foundations accurately
Survey infrastructure, grading, and layout piles effectively
Travel as necessary for project requirements
Guide and mentor survey assistants, following safety standards

Requirements:
Degree in Geomatics from a recognized institution
Leadership experience within survey crews
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Skill in accurate layout and control surveys
Previous work on industrial and commercial construction projects
