Join Hope Church Parry Sound as the Associate Pastor dedicated to adult ministry. This position empowers adults to deepen their faith and engage in church activities and Life Groups.

In this full time role, you'll work alongside the Lead Pastor to lead adults in their spiritual journeys. The focus will be on fostering biblical community and developing leadership through teaching and pastoral care. Your leadership will be instrumental in helping church members discover their spiritual gifts and contribute actively to the church's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide adults through discipleship and engagement
Facilitate Life Groups for community building
