As a key Finance team member, you will report to the Vice President Finance, managing financial closings and supporting growth initiatives through M&A; and strategic planning. Your efforts will result in valuable financial insights for executive decision-making. You will also be responsible for improving internal controls and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate compliance with IFRS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review financial statements and reporting accuracy
• Analyze and report on financial variances and opportunities
• Assist with M&A; integration and decision support
• Manage cash flow forecasts and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with executives on financial planning
Requirements:
• Chartered Qualified Accountant designation required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Familiarity with IFRS and external compliance requirements
• NetSuite experience a strong asset
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and AI applications
