As the QA-PA Lead at 49North, you will be instrumental in providing direction on quality management while working closely with the Director of Mission Assurance. Your role encompasses supporting contract negotiations, creating effective Quality Assurance Plans, and driving audits across projects to maintain compliance with quality standards. You will also engage with project leaders to ensure optimal quality in technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership in Quality Assurance for projects
• Conduct regular audits and prepare reports




• Author and define Quality Assurance Plans
• Manage customer audit preparations and results
• Ensure effective implementation of quality systems

Requirements:
• Degree in Science or Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance
• Leadership experience in auditing preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and related standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
