Business Law Associate, Financial Services
TheVancouver OfficeofMcCarthy Tétrault LLPseeks a highly-motivated associate to join ourFinancial Services Group, which is a specialty practice area within our National Business Law Group.
The ideal candidate will be qualified to practice law in British Columbia and have the following credentials:
Between 3-5 years of post-call financial services experience including acquisition financings, corporate lending transactions, project financings and other debt financing transactions;
Excellent academic and professional credentials;
Robust analytical, communication and drafting skills; and
Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service excellence.
Salary range for years 3 to 5: $142K to $175K
