As a part of Nors’ legacy of excellence, you’ll leverage your Red Seal certification and 2-5 years of experience to tackle major repairs and maintenance for our fleet. You’ll prioritize safe operations and develop meaningful relationships with customers to keep their equipment running effectively on a 14 days on, 14 days off schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform major diagnostics and repairs on various equipment
• Maintain a service-first mindset with every customer interaction




• Coach apprentices to improve their technical skills

Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician certification
• 2-5 years of related industry experience
• Solid understanding of repair systems
• Solid verbal communication skills
• Health and safety knowledge of regulations
