As part of the leadership team reporting to the Plant Leader, your focus will be on enhancing material availability and operational efficiency in an engineer-to-order setting. You should possess robust logistics and material management expertise, especially in contract manufacturing and SAP technologies. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce safety and compliance standards rigorously
• Facilitate weekly cross-departmental planning sessions
• Develop and inspire your Materials team




• Monitor performance against corporate goals
• Implement strategies for sustainable supply chain practices

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
• 5+ years in material management within manufacturing
• Knowledge of JIT, Kanban, and Lean processes
• Experience with SAP and analysis tools like Excel
• Skilled in negotiating with suppliers
