What you will be doing:
Design and develop a client-specificLean Six Sigma White Belt curriculumsuitable for senior leaders and executives.
Design and develop a comprehensiveLean Six Sigma Green Belt curriculumfor business representatives who will apply process-improvement methods within their operational areas.
Adapt Lean Six Sigma concepts, terminology, tools, exercises, and examples to the client’s organizational and service-delivery environment.
Work collaboratively with HRHSE, Organizational Development, and business stakeholders to identify relevant processes, challenges, examples, and use cases that can be incorporated into the learning program.
Translate Lean Six Sigma concepts into practical and accessible learning material for audiences with varying levels of process-improvement experience.
Develop reusable training and learning assets, which may include: Facilitator guides
Participant workbooks
Presentation materials
Exercises and case studies
Process-improvement templates and tools
Assessments or knowledge checks
Reference material and job aids
Self-service learning content

Develop White Belt content that helps executives understand Lean Six Sigma principles, process thinking, improvement opportunities, sponsorship responsibilities, and the role of leadership in supporting continuous improvement.
Develop Green Belt content that enables participants to apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to real business problems and processes.
Facilitate engaging, practical, and interactive Green Belt training sessions for the initial organisationcohort.
Create opportunities for participants to connect Lean Six Sigma concepts directly to their own business areas and day-to-day responsibilities.
Provide coaching and guidance to participants as they build confidence in applying Lean Six Sigma tools and approaches.




Work with stakeholders to establish a consistent enterprise approach to process-improvement education.
Refine curriculum and learning materials based on stakeholder and participant feedback.
Ensure materials are structured and documented so they can be successfully transferred to the organisation’s internal Organizational Development team.
Support knowledge transfer and handoff of the completed Lean Six Sigma curriculum, facilitation materials, tools, and supporting documentation to HRHSE.
What you must have:
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Significant practical experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies within complex organizational environments.
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deliveringLean Six Sigma training or process-improvement learning programs.
Robust understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools, including the practical application ofDMAIC.
Experience developing curriculum, facilitator materials, participant materials, exercises, case studies, templates, and other reusable learning assets.
Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led training for professional and business audiences.
Ability to translate technical or analytical Lean Six Sigma concepts into practical, accessible language for non-specialist audiences.
Experience engaging with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and incorporate relevant real-world examples into learning programs.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning environments.
Ability to work effectively with bothsenior executives and operational/business stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and business teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage curriculum-development deliverables against defined timelines.
Ability and willingness to work onsite at the client-site approximatelythree days per week, including onsite availability for instructor-led training.
