Miratech seeks a Senior Engineer to support enterprise-level Unified Communications solutions. You will leverage 10+ years of experience to maintain and improve operational health, focusing on voice recording platforms, SIP Trunking, and related technologies. Your role will require working closely with stakeholders to uphold platform integrity and compliance while addressing escalated technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Cisco Webex Contact Center
• Troubleshoot and manage SIP Trunking configurations
• Lead incident management for UC platform challenges
• Facilitate vendor relationships for issue resolution
• Support E911 services and maintain compliance
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of Unified Communications engineering experience
• Proficient in Cisco Webex Control Hub administration
• Strong knowledge of UC service architecture
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and compliance standards
• Experience with trading floor voice solutions is a plus
