The Opportunity Our client is a well-established, growing organization with 40+ years of success , offering innovative and inspirational products across multiple categories that are valued by both consumers and professionals.
They are looking for a Vice President, Operations to take ownership of the organization's operational strategy and execution. This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, inventory, quality, facilities, and people.
This is an opportunity for a strategic and hands-on operations leader to make a meaningful impact on the business — improving processes, strengthening the organization, developing teams, and helping position the company for its next stage of growth.
What You'll Do Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, warehousing, quality, and customer service.
Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, profitability, and overall business performance.
Establish and monitor KPIs, using data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.
Lead, mentor,



and develop managers and supervisors, building a high-performing and accountable operations team.
Build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and strategic partners.
Oversee budgets, forecasts, reporting, and operational performance for the leadership team.
Provide oversight of company facilities across North America and China, as well as third-party logistics providers.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks to help the organization identify opportunities and protect the business.
Oversee operational legal, compliance, risk management, and product liability matters.

Deep operational knowledge across areas such as supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and customer service.
Experience working with Asian manufacturing partners/factories is a significant asset.
Experience with contracts, vendor negotiations, compliance, and risk management.
Your Background Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred.
10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, ideally within a distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.
Strong experience managing budgets, costs, forecasts, and operational KPIs.
Demonstrated success leading large teams and implementing meaningful operational improvements.
Comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels.
A natural leader who thrives on building teams, improving processes, and driving results.
