Coral Kids Dentistry in St. Catharines, ON, is seeking a Dental Customer Service Representative to join our in office team. You will greet patients, manage scheduling, handle referrals and inquiries, and support billing and insurance questions in a friendly, child-focused environment.
This full-time role runs Monday-Thursday 8:30-5, Friday 8-4, with a 39.5 hour work week; prior dental reception experience is required, and knowledge of Open Dental or MaxAssist is a plus.
