This full time role in Peterborough or Mississauga requires you to lead various geotechnical projects from initiation through to design and execution. You will be responsible for seismic assessment, foundation design, and providing guidance on dams. Your leadership will foster the growth of junior engineers while ensuring all projects meet PEO requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects through phases from design to construction support
• Direct the seismic assessment and mitigation strategies
• Provide expertise for dam and tailing facility analyses




• Interpret field data and recommend constructible solutions
• Mentor and oversee early-career engineers effectively

Requirements:
• Registered as P.Eng. or eligible for registration in Ontario
• Degree in Civil or Geological Engineering, advanced degrees are a plus
• At least 8 years of geotechnical consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical software like GeoStudio
• Valid Class 5 BC driver's license with travel willingness
