Warehouse Lead
Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions

Ability to complete all essential functions of the Warehouse Associate position

Leading a group of shipping and receiving team members

Responsible for the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers

Communicate the instructions for the equipment inside the warehouse

Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded

Prepare the documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice)

Communicate with carriers to ensure on time and form the collection and / or loading of the finished product

Review operator and carrier line data in the Tracking Platform

Ensure that food safety practices and all applicable requirements of the SQF System are maintained

Communicate any deviation, problem and / or abnormality with the equipment, processes and products

Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and is asked to be done by a team member’s manager or supervisor

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment





2 Years – Experience in Position

2 Years – Experience managing people/projects

Experience may include a combination of work experience and education

Travel requirements: No traveling is required for this position.

4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment

4 Years – Experience working in Position

Competencies

Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle

Intermediate Knowledge of storage systems

Valuable verbal and written communication

Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization

Ability to resolve conflicts

Ability to analyze information
