This full time, hands-on role invites professionals with a passion for safety training and consulting. With over five years of experience, you'll create and deliver customized programs that comply with Ontario's OH&S; legislation. You'll work closely with clients, helping them develop safety cultures that significantly reduce workplace risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver interactive, outcomes-focused safety training sessions
• Conduct safety gap audits and assess current safety programs
• Provide actionable recommendations for legislative compliance
• Support the development of safety policies and procedures
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality training and consulting services
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in adult education or safety training
• Advanced knowledge of Ontario safety regulations
• Proven experience in safety audits and assessments
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and smartphone access
