About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee significant construction projects in Kimberley . This role is crucial for the effective management of all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead construction teams, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain rigorous quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a decisive leader with exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of construction practices and safety protocols specific to the Northern Cape region.
Key Responsibilities Manage and direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
Develop and implement detailed project schedules and resource management plans.
Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site.
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor.
