You may already have the skills we’re looking for.

Helping prepare reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and property documentation

Supporting day-to-day condominium and property operations

Attending site visits and gaining exposure to different communities

Learning the processes involved in managing your own portfolio

Taking on more responsibility as your experience and licensing progress

You Could Be a Great Fit If You

Have 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, office coordination, or a similar role

Enjoy working with people and solving day-to-day problems

Are organized and comfortable managing competing priorities

Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person

Are comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Are interested in building a long-term career in property management

New to RECA licensing? That’s okay.

Condominium management is a regulated profession in Alberta, and individuals working toward managing condominium properties are required to complete the applicable RECA Condominium Management licensing requirements.

You do not need to already be fully licensed to apply.

If you’re the right fit and ready to build your career in the industry, Larlyn will support you with the required training, courses, and licensing process as you progress in the role.

Before applying, we encourage candidates to review RECA’s eligibility and licensing requirements:
