As a Health Care Aide in our Home Care Team, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate care tailored to the individual needs of clients. You will work independently across different home settings and collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care to clients in various settings
• Assist with nursing tasks and support activities
• Observe health changes and report to care teams




• Maintain safety protocols for all clients and staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care plans

Requirements:
• Registration or eligibility with College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• Current BCLS certification from recognized institution
• Reliable driver's license and vehicle for travel
• 2 years relevant experience in Home Care or Continuing Care
