We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team. This position is ideal for an experienced repair technician who is passionate about maintaining and repairing landscaping equipment while supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, and scheduling.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our fleet of landscape equipment remains safe, reliable, and operational while helping maintain an organized and effective warehouse environment.
Your Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on landscape equipment and small engines
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and operational issues on equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of landscape equipment to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate service and repair records
Coordinate equipment sign-out scheduling and tracking
Winterization of machines for proper storage
Assist and support on site supervisors with machine issues
Warehouse Operations
Manage all aspects of warehouse inventory
Assist with ordering parts, tools, and equipment
Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, operational efficiency, and safety
Support the establishment and implementation of warehouse operations programs and procedures with management assistance
Participate in divisional meetings
Attend Monday Morning Meeting
Team Support
Provide training, coaching, and constructive feedback to ensure quality standards and productivity targets are achieved
Promote a positive, proactive, and safety-focused work environment
Safety & Compliance
Maintain excellent and excellent safety records and practices contributing to a strong safety culture
Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated in compliance with company standards
Participate in inspections and ongoing training initiatives
Lead by example daily
Growth Opportunities
Lead in-house seminars on Basic and Advanced Machine Maintenance
Build and construct our fleet of trucks

Your Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience
Practical experience and knowledge in equipment maintenance, machine diagnostics, and repair
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, and ordering processes
Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication
Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
Enjoy working with a diverse team
Optimistic and enthusiastic about change
Must be solution oriented and a self-starter
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver timely results
Team oriented
Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
Preferred Skills & Experience
Leadership experience (training, delegation, etc.)
Forklift Operator Certificate
