As a Procurement Agent, you play a crucial role in sourcing the right products and materials that drive success for one or more projects in a division. Your expertise ensures that projects are equipped with high-quality resources, enabling teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. What you will be doing

- Qualifies and evaluates vendors of materials, subcontractors, and service providers for recommendation to the Procurement Manager or others for use on projects.
- Communicates and enforces procurement policies and procedures to the district and project teams.
- Collects and maintains procurement analytics, reporting and deliverables.
- Maintains the records of goods ordered and received; supports Accounts Payable reconciliation.
- Helps in the creation and negotiation of contracts under the supervision and guidance of a procurement manager.

What we are looking for





- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Construction Management preferred.
- 1+ year related construction experience preferred.
- Introductory knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) with general knowledge of database utilization. JD Edwards E1 World experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Able to identify, track and communicate project plan steps and actions.
- Team player with the ability to also work independently to meet fixed deadlines, goals and objectives.
