Manager - Operations |Onboarding & Operations - Shared Services | Business Operations/VMS / Vendor management

Location: Hybrid Regina, SK is the preferred location-Locations outside of Regina may be considered for Remote within Canada

Duration : 1 year with possible extension

Imp Note Ideal candidates will have a strong background in business analysis combined with hands-on experience in testing. This dual expertise is essential to effectively gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure a seamless product delivery.

Required Skills

- Attention to detail, curious, experience working in agile, ability to understand different viewpoints of stakeholders
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders
- Relationship-builder and collaborator able to understand the needs of Client’s employees
- Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes
- Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for building excellent products

Major Responsibilities:

- Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
- Create, manage, release (production & ITE)
- Evaluate/develop business requirements.
- Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
- Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
- Document and Execute/Test user story acceptance testing
- Provide user story and solution support to team members.
- Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.




- Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
- Financial Institutional Experience is preferred
