You'll support the entire product development lifecycle, reporting to the Business Partner Relationship Manager.

Manage the coordination between merchandising and vendors to ensure timely product approvals. Lead design direction and address any challenges in the production timeline, guaranteeing that all products resonate with the brand's vision and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product development from concept to production

- Associate's degree in Business, Design, or related field
- At least 3 years of retail experience, ideally in entertainment
- Proven organizational and time management skills
