impacts and define mitigation strategies for the program; Ensure accountability and produce promotion statuses with decision-making bodies; Authorize changes, control quality, and ensure governance; Represent the organization and participate in negotiations with external suppliers. The profile you are looking for is as follows: Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project and program management; Experience in managing suppliers in flat rate mode; Demonstrate experience within large organizations on long-term initiatives; Have experience on strategic complexity programs of $50 million or more per year; Operate in high-velocity environments with strong organizational interdependence; Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrate robust listening, adaptability, autonomy and organizational skills; PMP, ACP or SAFe certifications (an asset); This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks.
