Insight Global is seeking multiple Fabricators/Assemblers to join an elevator manufacturing team. These individuals will be responsible for fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components in a production environment while following blueprints and quality standards.
Successful candidates will have at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands‑on experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
SHIFTS: Schedule: Day Shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or Afternoon Shift, 3:00pm or 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM
Responsibilities Perform assembly‑line fabrication and assembly work.
Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
Complete light welding, tack welding, and spot welding as required.
Glue, fasten, bolt, and fit parts together to complete assemblies.
Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, ratchets, and wrenches.
Grind, sand, and finish metal components to meet quality requirements.
Inspect completed parts for proper fit, alignment, and overall quality.
Follow established safety procedures and production standards.
Record production information using computerized systems when required.
Required Skills & Experience Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly environment.




Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
Experience using hand and power tools, including grinders and drills.
Experience fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components.
Ability to work the afternoon shift after completing the initial training period.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
Experience using hand and power tools, including grinders and drills.
Experience fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal components.

Pay Transparency: The expected hour rate for this position falls between $23to $28/hr
