Support healthcare nutrition initiatives as a Dietary Aide focused on food service excellence. This role covers all aspects of meal preparation, adherence to guidelines, and maintaining sanitation standards.

As a Dietary Aide, you'll work closely with the Manager and Nutrition Services Supervisor, helping in food assembly and the execution of dietary plans. Your role will also include ensuring meals meet therapeutic specifications while maintaining an organized work environment for the best client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in orienting new Nutrition Services staff and students
• Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary needs
• Ensure cleanliness of dining and preparation areas at all times




• Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment efficiency
• Complete cashier functions and follow cash handling procedures

Requirements:
• Grade 10 education in line with Manitoba standards
• Current Food Handler Training Certificate Level 1 or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and technology
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Independently handle tasks with dexterity and speed
