and product development activities.* Prepare Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports and analyze production data using statistical software such as JMP.* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve process capability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.* Provide technical support for tooling, equipment, processes, and product-related issues.* Participate in cross-functional team meetings to help resolve quality, operational, safety, and production concerns.* Assist in the development of standardized work instructions and process documentation.* Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, quality, and EHS requirements.**What We’re Looking For:*** Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a Manufacturing Engineering or related Engineering program.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented manufacturing environment.* Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.**How to Apply:** Apply online at www.johnsonelectric.com - We can’t wait to meet you!
