This position, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, demands excellent problem-solving abilities and prior experience in a manufacturing setting. Collaborate with team members to conduct maintenance tasks, troubleshoot problems, and ensure adherence to safety standards set by IATF16949 and ISO14001.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine and preventive maintenance on stamping presses
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical problems
• Partner with the maintenance team for effective operations
• Help install and set up new machinery as needed
• Keep track of maintenance activities and parts
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Basic electrical knowledge or apprenticeship in progress
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
