This role involves overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, from staffing and training to inventory management and compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead banquet setup and execution of events
• Schedule and train banquet staff
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards




• Manage inventory levels and purchasing
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports

Requirements:
• 8 years of experience in hospitality, including 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License
• AFST compliance and liquor certifications required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
