About Us

We are looking for a curious, proactive Recruitment Intern who enjoys research, connecting with people, and learning about international business. This role offers practical exposure to candidate sourcing, talent research, and recruitment coordination.

About the Role

You will support our recruitment team in identifying potential candidates, researching talent markets, and keeping recruitment activities organised. You will help create a professional candidate experience through thoughtful communication, accurate information, and reliable follow-up.

This prospect is suited to someone interested in building a career in recruitment, executive search, human resources, or international business.

What You Will Do

- Source potential candidates: Research talent through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Support candidate screening: Review CVs against role requirements, prepare candidate summaries, and assist with initial screening.
- Assist with candidate outreach: Draft personalised messages, introduce opportunities, and follow up professionally.
- Coordinate recruitment activities: Help schedule interviews and manage candidate communication across time zones.
- Research talent markets: Map relevant companies, industries, and candidate pools to support cross-border searches.
- Maintain accurate records: Keep candidate profiles, recruitment trackers, and follow-up notes organised and up to date.
- Handle information responsibly:

Respect candidate privacy and maintain the confidentiality of candidate and client information.

What We Are Looking For

- A strong interest in recruitment, people, and international business.
- Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally.
- Strong research skills and the ability to turn information into concise, useful summaries.
- Attention to detail when reviewing CVs, updating records, and coordinating schedules.
- Initiative and curiosity: you ask thoughtful questions, explore options, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Empathy and cultural awareness when interacting with people from different backgrounds.
- Resilience and patience when searches take time or outreach receives limited responses.
- A collaborative attitude, openness to feedback, and a willingness to learn.
- Good organisation, time management, and reliable follow-through in a remote working environment.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job boards, or Boolean search techniques.
- Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets to organise and track information.
- Exposure to recruitment, HR, research, customer service, sales, or campus activities.
- Additional language skills or experience studying, working, or collaborating across cultures.
- Mandarin proficiency

These are helpful advantages rather than essential requirements.

What You Can Gain

- Practical experience supporting cross-border recruitment assignments.
- A stronger understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.
- Opportunities to develop research, skilled communication, and talent-mapping skills.
- Insight into how businesses identify and engage talent across international markets.
