How You’ll Make An Impact

Support orthodontists in providing excellent patient care

Take dental records, including x-rays, scans, and impressions

Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and treatment

Maintain a clean,



organized clinical environment and assist with sterilization and lab duties

Welcome, support, and build positive relationships with patients throughout their visits

The Teammate We’re Looking For

1+ year of Registered Dental Assistant experience

1+ year of experience working in an orthodontic office

Completion of the Ortho Module

Previous orthodontic experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; orthodontic software experience is an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong ability to build rapport with patients, families, doctors, and team members

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
