The successful candidate will manage operations at our Early On Child & Family Centres, providing vital support to families and facilitating growth through play-based learning. You will work closely with educational staff and parents to foster positive interactions and help children transition to kindergarten with confidence and skill.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily activities in line with Board policies
• Promote an engaging and collaborative parent-child experience
• Ensure consistent, high-quality programming based on research




• Foster a welcoming and respectful environment
• Compile attendance records and manage administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma with two years of relevant experience
• Robust background in family literacy and child education
• Proven organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of inclusive educational practices
• Commitment to community outreach and program promotion
