As part of Rhapsody's team, your responsibilities include effectively managing inquiries and fostering a welcoming environment for residents and guests. With 2+ years of relevant experience, you'll play a key part in executing resident events and upholding community standards while interacting professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Concierge phone line and resident inquiries
• Ensure open communication among residents and staff
• Support marketing initiatives through social media activity
• Carry out logistics for resident events and amenities




• Adhere to all guidelines ensuring top-quality service

Requirements:
• Completion of High School or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in upscale service preferred
• Flexibility for shifts including weekends and evenings
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• High degree of integrity and professionalism required
