Lifemark Seniors Wellness is recruiting a Permanent Part time Physiotherapy Assistant for our Dunville location. Play an essential role in promoting individual wellness for residents in care.

You will assist the supervising physiotherapist in executing treatment plans, including various modalities and therapeutic exercises. Engage residents in dynamic exercise classes and maintain the safety of gym and treatment areas. Regular communication with the physiotherapist will ensure patient needs are promptly met and documented.

Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in implementing treatment plans set by the physiotherapist
• Lead therapeutic and engaging exercise classes for residents
• Set up and clean treatment equipment after sessions




• Keep treatment areas tidy and safe for residents
• Document daily treatments in our proprietary system

Requirements:
• PTA/OTA diploma or Kinesiology related degree preferred
• Experience in an LTC environment is beneficial
• Valid Vulnerable Sector screening must be current
• Proof of recent Tuberculin clearance is needed
• Attitude focused on collaboration and care
