Screaming Power is a Canadian clean-technology and energy software company specializing in utility data, data access and sharing, energy intelligence and AI-enabled solutions.
We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy recent graduate to support sales, digital marketing, advertising, website management and internal operations. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided on our products, systems and processes.
Key responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through email, cold calling, LinkedIn and other outreach channels.
Research prospective customers, decision-makers, partnerships and business opportunities.
Manage contacts, pipelines, follow-ups, campaigns and reports in HubSpot CRM.
Prepare professional sales emails, presentations, proposals and marketing materials.
Create and manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google and other platforms.
Manage social-media accounts, content calendars, blogs, newsletters and promotional content.
Perform routine website updates, including pages, images, forms, landing pages & product information.
Support basic SEO, website analytics, conversion tracking & campaign reporting.
Use OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot & similar AI tools for research, content, automation & productivity.
Review AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity & professionalism.




Create & manage Jira tickets for customer requests, website updates & internal tasks.
Coordinate between sales, marketing, management & technical teams, & prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications Recent graduate with a diploma or degree from a recognized college or university.
Strong written & verbal communication skills; comfortable with cold calling & customer meetings.
Interest in sales, marketing, business development, social media, digital advertising & technology.
Organized, dependable, detail-oriented & able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Tech-savvy & comfortable learning platforms such as HubSpot, Jira, WordPress, Canva & analytics tools.
Experience using OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or similar AI platforms is an asset.
Basic knowledge of SEO, CRM systems, website management or digital marketing is preferred.
Co-op, internship, school-project, volunteer or freelance experience will be considered.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
