Support children's growth as a Casual School Age Leader with YMCA BC in Prince George, BC. Deliver enriching programs for children ages 5-12 in a safe, inclusive setting.

This role focuses on constructing an engaging atmosphere for school-aged children during before and after school hours. You will create and lead activities that cater to diverse needs while also mentoring new staff. Your contributions will foster a supportive and strong community workplace that celebrates individuality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the creation of inclusive, high-quality programming
• Plan and facilitate dynamic activities promoting wellness
• Supervise and mentor new team members effectively
• Maintain relationships with families and staff
• Uphold health and safety compliance consistently

Requirements:
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Proven experience with children aged 5-12
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to learn YMCA standards and licensing requirements
• First Aid & CPR certification (must obtain within 30 days)
