We are seeking an automation engineer to lead projects focused on improving, modifying, and automating manufacturing equipment, including the implementation of recent FANUC robotic systems. The candidate will play a key role in optimizing the performance, reliability, and safety of operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Plan and manage automation and robotics projects, from design through commissioning.
- Participate in the integration, programming, and optimization of PLCs, HMIs, FANUC robots, and automated equipment.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams, as well as suppliers.
- Analyze technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose sustainable solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical project documentation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization.
