We are searching for an experienced project manager to join our growing PRODEVAL NORTH AMERICA team, headquartered in Schaumburg, IL.

You will be responsible for recent and ongoing projects:

- Ensure operational continuity with customers
- Organize and participate in meetings with clients throughout the project
- Order acknowledgement issuance to customers
- Provide documentation to customers
- Provide layout validation with customers
- Send estimate quotes during projects
- Participate in follow-up meetings with customers
- Provide unloading and delivery signatures with customers when modifications occur
- Collect customers’ power supply information

Manage projects:
- Participate in commercial and complete handover notes
- Plan project budgets
- Follow budgets allocated to subsidies
- Oversee and participate in instrumentation & control, and power supply architecture
- Carry out follow-up of building sites
- Follow-up on billing, collection and invoicing
- Provide delivery and unloading organization
- Provide acceptance certificate signatures
- Organize internal and external handovers

Manage quality:
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local standards
- Check and validate civil works
- Validate site pre-requisites (erection / commissioning)
- Write preventive site safety plans
- Organize delivery of additional material or equipment during site executionProvide site management documentation collection
- Organize experience feedback on products and processes
