Candidate Profile

- Solid experience in managing technical projects (10+ years)
- Demonstrated skills to mobilize and lead multi-trade project teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills
- Previous experience in materials and substances management or regulation would be an asset
- Advanced negotiation level in French and English (oral and written)

Responsibilities:

- Lead the traceability and substance compliance management pillar within the Programme Centrale organization, whose missions are:
- Assess the technical impact of new regulations




- Coordinate the collection and organization of associated data from suppliers
- Assess the impact on the Health, Safety, and Environment team and coordinate the implementation of appropriate measures
- Structure and pilot the activity in "project" mode (Costs/Schedule/Quality)
- Lead a multi-trade "project" team of 5 to 10 people
- Ensure synchronization and coordination of the company's activities with those of the group in Europe.
