What you will be doing:

- Own end-user migration strategy, roadmap, and governance.

- Manage vendor delivery, milestones, resource plans, and contract obligations.

- Coordinate migration wave planning, scheduling, and deployment readiness.

- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, organizational change management, and business readiness activities.

- Coordinate support teams, service desk, hypercare, and escalation processes.

- Manage migration risks, user impacts, blackout periods, and business disruptions.

- Align user migration sequencing with application readiness and dependency requirements.

- Provide executive reporting, decision support, and issue escalation.
