Empower members with Prospera as a Community Banking Specialist in Sardis/Chilliwack. This role combines banking experience with personalized member support. In this position, you'll actively engage with retail and business members, helping them navigate their financial journeys through tailored advice.

You will manage small accounts while fostering a healthy sales pipeline via referrals and financial health assessments. Contributing to our collaborative Advice Centre, you will help ensure members achieve their financial aspirations. Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard current retail and business members proactively
- Conduct thorough Financial Health Checks for needs assessment
- Recommend and provide banking, lending, and investment options




- Build rapport and manage small accounts effectively
- Engage in omni-channel support within the Advice Centre Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services or sales
- Understanding of lending products and needs-based selling
- Must hold a Mutual Fund License or secure it within six months
- Strong communication skills with a tech-savvy approach
